This shaker crown mould measures 2.651" width by .563" thickness, allowing the use of a 2-7/8" blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on a commercial molder. The simplistic terminating pattern composes a 9/16" vertical line segment on the top left. The short line attaches to a 1-15/16" broad splay face in the center. The lower portion is 5/32" tall by 21/64" broad perpendicular lines on the pattern's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the design parallel to the wall and ceiling after installation. These specific angles lock in the height at 2-1/16" tall with a 1-11/16" projection across the top.
