Crown 3" - 23

This attractive 3" - 23 crown mould measures 3.000" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) from four-quarter lumber. The decorative profile is comprised of a 7/16" tall vertical line on top, attached to a 5/8" concave semicircle tangent to a 5/8" radius arc creating the cyma recta in the center, joined to a 3/4" tall vertical line for applying a decorative rope or dental profile, connected to a 3/8" radius cove with a 3/16" broad horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-25/64" tall with a projection of 1-13/16" wide.
