Crown 3" - 36

This shaker-style 3" - 36 crown mould measures 3.005" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the pattern to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber. The beautifully creative profile is composed of a 21/64" tall vertical line on the top left, connected to a 21/64" wide by 15/64" tall perpendicular notch, joined to a 1-9/32" forty-five-degree splay faced line. A 7/32" tall vertical fillet in the center, merged to a 13/32" cove and a 15/32" broad flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these explicit back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling; they also set the installed height at 2-1/8" tall with a projection of 2-1/8" broad.
