Crown 3-1/4" - 24

This fascinating 3-1/4" - 24 crown mould measures 3.248" width by .750" thickness permitting the use of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial molder. The elegant supporting profile contains a 17/32" quarter round with a 1/8" vertical fillet on the top left. The short line connects to a 3/4" cove merged with a 7/16" by 7/16" perpendicular notch for inserting a piece of dentil or rope moulding. The lower portion consists of a two-tangent radius ogee flanked by a 1/8" horizontal fillet above and a 1/4" flat line on the design's bottom right side. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 2-9/32" tall with a projection of 2-5/16" across the top.
