Crown 3-17/32" - 9

This majestic 3-17/32" - 9 crown mould measures 3.538" width by .937" thickness, enabling the use of a 4-3/8" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The elegant terminating profile contains a 9/16" vertical fillet on the top left. The straight line connects to a 13/16" cove with a 21/64" wide by 7/64" tall notch in the center. The sunk fillet joins a two-tangent radius s-shaped curvature with an 11/32" tall half-circle on the design's right side. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-two and fifty-eight degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 3" tall with a projection of 1-7/8" across the top.
