This mid-sized 3-3/4" - 8 crown mould measures 3.761" in width by .750" in thickness; it requires 4" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining an industrial moulder. The terminating asymmetrical profile comprises a 27/64" tall line segment on the top left. It connects to a graceful two-tangent radius cyma recta with a 1/4" vertical fillet in the center. The lower right retains a small 11/64" radius ovolo flanked by small line segments. The spring angles are fixed at thirty and sixty degrees; these precise back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the height position at 3-3/16" tall with a 2" projection across the top.
