Crown 3-7/8" - 6

This exciting 3-7/8" - 6 crown mould measures 3.888" width by .750" thickness, permitting a 4-1/8" blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The creative supporting profile comprises a two-tangent radius convex quarter-round with a 1/8" vertical line on the top left. The short line connects to a 1-5/32" concave semicircle tangent off of an 11/16" convex arc in the center. The remaining section consists of 3/16" by 3/16" perpendicular lines merged with an elegant ogee with a 7/32" broad flat line on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angles lock in the height position at 2-11/16" tall with a 2-13/16" projection across the top.
