This notched 4-11/16" - 3 colonial crown mould measures 4.687" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled sprung (horizontally flat) from four-quarter lumber. The classic old world profile is composed of a 25/64" tall vertical line joined to a 1/4" wide by 3/16" tall notch at the top, connected to a two tangent radius cyma recta in the center, attached to a 21/64" tall line segment with a 41/64" cove and a 11/32" wide horizontal line at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 3-11/32" tall with a projection of 3-9/32" wide.
