Crown Moulding 5-15/16" - 3

This traditional crown molding 5-15/16" - 3 measure 5.928" width by .812" thickness, permitting the use of four quarter lumber for machining sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial-grade molder. The standard terminating profile contains a 5/8" tall vertical line segment on the top left. The fillet attaches to a 1-25/32" concave semicircle tangent to a 1-17/32" convex arc creating the free-flowing cyma recta in the center. The lower portion consists of a 17/32" vertical fillet joined to a 7/8" cove with a 1/2" flat line on the bottom right side of the design. The set spring angles are at forty-five degrees; these dedicated back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 4-1/4" tall with a projection of 4-1/8" across the top.
