Crown 6-1/16"

This unique 6-1/16" shaker-style crown mould measures 6.055" width by .812" thickness, requiring a 6-5/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The contemporary terminating profile contains a recessed 17/64", 3-17/64" broad, forty-five-degree splay face in the center. The angled line is flanked by a 43/64" by 1/2" perpendicular notch with a 13/16" vertical line in the upper left and a 13/16" horizontal line on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are at forty-five degrees; the dedicated back bevels keep the face sides of the pattern parallel to the wall and ceiling. These specific angles lock in the height position at 4-9/32" tall with a 4-9/32" projection across the top. = .651" (top knives).
