Crown 7" - 22

This charming 7" - 22 crown mould measures 7.000" wide by 1.000" thick, allowing the use of five-quarter lumber for machining sprung (lying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The straightforward terminating profile features an 11/16" vertical line segment on the top left. The tall fillet connects to a 4-3/4" radius cove in the center, which is joined to a 27/32" ovolo, flanked by 3/8" horizontal & vertical fillets, with a 29/64" broad line on the design's bottom right side. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed; they also lock in the positioned height at 5-9/16" tall with a projection of 4-1/4" across the top.
