Crown Moulding 7-5/8" - 3

This concave crown moulding 7-5/8" - 3 measures 7.639" wide by 1.312" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of six quarter lumber. The beautifully large profile is composed of a 15/16" tall vertical line segment on top left, connected to a 4-23/32" radius cove that transitions into a small 1/4" tall by 1/2" deep sunk fillet or reveal in the lower portion, joined to a 7/8" radius half round bead at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at an identical dimension of 5-1/2" tall and wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane, our disciplined design features will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling as long as the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed-plates.
