Crown 7-5/8" - 3

This 7-5/8" - 3 concave crown mould measures 7.639" wide by 1.312" thickness, allowing milling out of six quarter lumber. The beautifully large profile is composed of a 15/16" tall vertical line segment on top left, connected to a 4-23/32" radius cove that transitions into a small 1/4" tall by 1/2" deep sunk fillet or reveal in the lower portion, joined to a 7/8" radius half round bead at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at forty-five degrees, these specific back bevels set the installed height at an identical dimension of 5-1/2" tall and wide. We deliberately positioned two high points in the detail on the same plane; our disciplined design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling, as long as the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine bed-plates.
