Crown 7-3/4" - 4

This large 7-3/4" - 4 stepped crown mould measures 7.731" wide by 1.500" thickness. The treaded profile is comprised of a 2-1/8" tall vertical line on top, connected to a series of three stepped sections with dimensions of 1" wide by 1-1/2" tall with a 1" broad line at the bottom of the design. The spring angles are fixed at 33.69 and 56.31 degrees and are included in the downloadable DXF file. These specific back bevels set the installed height to 6-5/8" and the projection to 4". Four high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same plane; our disciplined design features will assure excellent hold-down conditions while milling this detail, providing the pressure shoe is parallel to the machine's bed plates.
