Window Sill Apron 5-1/8"

This decoratively bold 5-1/8" window sill apron measures 5.125" wide by 1.750" thick, necessitating the use of eight quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. Because of the large depth of cut, the detail will require two different profile machining stations during the milling process. The luxurious profile composes a 1/4" horizontal segment on the top left, connected to a 1/8" wide by 3/16" deep slightly obtuse notch that joins to a 1/2" cove an another 5/16" wide by 1/8" deep notch, attached to a three inch wide congee made up from a 11/16" cove in the center, merged with a 1/4" wide by 1/8" perpendicular cut out with a 1/2" radius cove leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
