Door Cope & Stick 1-3/4" - 31

This beautiful interior door cope & stick 1-3/4" - 31 measures 1.750" thickness, permitting the detail to be milled out of eight-quarter lumber, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The fancy profile is composed of a 1/2" tall by 5/8" deep tongue & groove with a .008" void in the joint area for excess glue to escape from during assembly, flanked by a 5/8" concave semicircle, tangent to a 3/4" radius convex arc forming the graceful ogee, joined to a 1/8" vertical line segment on both face sides of the milled stile and rail.
