Door Cope & Stick 3/4" - 3

This cabinet door cope & stick 3/4" - 3 measures .750" thickness, permitting the use of four quarter lumber for milling on an industrial shaper or moulder, the width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The beautiful but simplistic profile is composed of a graceful cyma recta made up from a 3/16" concave semicircle tangent to a 13/64" radius convex arc in the upper portion, the lower section consists of a 3/8" wide by 1/4" tall rabbet. There is a .004" void in the joint area for excess glue to escape from during assembly of the male and female parts. Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
