Door Cope & Stick 3/4" - 8

This cabinet door cope & stick 3/4" - 8 measures .750" thickness, permitting the pattern to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The decorative profile is composed of a 1/2" wide by 3/16" tall rabbet on the bottom left, joined to a 3/16" tall by 1/2" wide tongue and groove joint in the center, merged with a 1/8" cove that transitions into a shallow ogee with a 1/16" tall vertical fillet on the top left. There is a .006" void in the joint area for excess glue to escape from during assembly of the male and female parts. Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
