Door Cope & Stick 7/8" - 9

This double 7/8" - 9 door cope & stick measures .875" thickness, requiring five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to mill the pattern. The profile comprises a 3/8" wide by 1/4" tall tongue & groove attached to another 1/4" wide by 1/8" tall tongue and groove, increasing the structural integrity of the joint. Our high precision acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
