This Glass Stop Moulding 21/32" measures .656" wide by .593 thickness with a depth of cut of .599" on the top horizontal moulding knives. Caution, the cutters will come within .015" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations types. Utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time with this unique split two moulding knife design.

The profile is comprised of an 11/32" wide, by 1/8" deep, double 1/16" radius edge fillet, connected to a 7/32" wide horizontal line with a 1/16" radius edge that transitions into a downward taper to the bottom of the pattern. As with any split two moulding operations, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be added to the machinery before any attempt is made to mill these types of profiles.
