3/8" Half Round - 2

This 3/8" half round - 2 measures .375" wide by .187" thickness, with a .197" depth of cut on the top horizontal cutters. Caution; the knives will come within .010" of the moulder bed plates. We suggest a sacrificial bed plate be used when milling this detail. The profile comprises four 3/16" radius half-round circles with three 1/8" wide splitters in the middle. As with every split moulding operation, we recommend installing an anti-kickback device on the moulder before attempting to mill any of our multiple profiles. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while quadrupling production in a quarter of the amount of time with this unique split four custom profile. The rough lumber size for this detail would be about 2-1/8" wide.
