This WM 124 half round moulding
1/2" - 1 measures .500" wide by .250" thickness. The traditional profile consists of two 1/4" radius half round circles which are used in a wide variety of applications within the woodworking industry such as a shelf edge or screen moulding. Many of these cutters will allow you to utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling, tripling, and even quadrupling production in a fractional amount of time. For safety concerns we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device be installed on the moulder before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiples pieces.
Caution; the cutters will come within .010" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.
