WM 124 Half Round 1/2" - 2

This WM 124 half-round 1/2" - 2 measures .500" in width by .250" in thickness. We suggest using two-inch wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for milling on industrial machinery. The conventional profile consists of three 1/2" wide convex arcs used in a wide variety of applications within the woodworking industry such as a shelf edge or screen moulding. We also have knives designed to mill single as well as numerous profiles for your review and consideration, half round .500", half round .500" - 1, and half round .500" - 3. Many of these cutters will allow you to utilize fall off rips of lumber while doubling, tripling, and even quadrupling production in a fractional amount of time.

Caution: the cutters will come within .010" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting any milling procedures that involve splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
