6210 Handrail 2-5/8" - 30
This traditional 2-5/8" - 30 6210 handrail measures 2.625" wide by 2.375" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from glued-up pieces of four quarter lumber. That lumber blank would be about 2-7/8" wide by 2-5/8" thickness. The bread-loaf profile composes a 5-3/8" radius semicircular arc on the top, flanked by two, two tangent radius cyma reversa with a 1/4" tall half circle and a 3/8" tall line segment with 3/64" eased edges at the bottom of the pattern. We offer a small family of similar profiles in different widths and thicknesses; here are just a few for your review and consideration: hand rail 2.250" - 1 and hand rail 2.187" - 1.
