Bullnose 2-3/8"

This large bullnose 2-3/8" measures 2.375" in thickness, and widths are machined to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper. The profile comprises a 1-3/16" radius half-circle forming the bullnose edge. The pattern is designed for milling this profile on the right or left vertical cutter heads; we always provide good blend areas in the design so no one realizes where one cutter begins or ends.
