This flooring bullnose 3-1/2" - 1 measure 3.500" in width by 1.062" in thickness, requiring 3-3/4" wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial molder. The functional design comprises a 17/32" radius bullnose on the front edge. The detail retains a 2-1/4" wide by 7/16" deep rabbet on the underside. The left edge has a 1/4" by 1/4" groove to receive the tongue of the flooring.
