Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 15

This beautiful 1-1/2" - 15 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by .687" thickness. The elegant profile is comprised of a 1/4" wide horizontal line, connected to a three tangent radius cyma reversa with a 13/64" radius edge on the thin side of the pattern. The back-side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/4" tall. Still, a simple axial adjustment on the left cutter head can be adjusted to any specific size.

We provide the cut steel size on all our template designs, this important information allows you to purchase the correct size width of knife steel before you start grinding procedures for moulding production.

Caution: When cutting this detail, the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.

The up-to-date combined high-speed steel knives & template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
