Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 49

This creative panel moulding 1-1/2" - 49 measures 1.500" width by 1.000" thickness, enabling the use of 1-1/4 wide blanks of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The profile composes a 9/32" convex arc with a small perpendicular step on the top left, above the 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall rabbet for the panel. The small vertical line connects to a graceful two tangent radius ogee with a 3/32" vertical step that joins a 3/8" broad flat line with a 1/8" rolled corner on the design's right side.
