This tall 1-3/4" - 31 panel mould measures 1.750" width by 1.313" thickness, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The stylish profile contains a 1/4" horizontal fillet positioned above the 3/4" tall by 1/4" wide rabbet for the panel on the top left. The flat line attaches to a 3/16" radius convex arc, tangent to a 1/2" concave semicircle, forming the s-shaped curvature with a 1/8" vertical step in the center. The remaining portion of the pattern consists of a 1/4" radius convex arc creating the ovolo, merged with a 1/8" flat line segment leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
