This custom 2" - 29 panel mould measures 2.000" wide by 1.250" thickness, allowing machining out of six quarter lumber. The extravagant profile is composed of a 39/64" wide semicircular arc on top, flanked by two stepped perpendicular lines located above the 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall rabbet on the left, the opposite side consists of a 9/64" broad area merging with a two tangent radius scotia transitioning into a 9/32" wide half round bead on the right side.
Weinig's light blue colored ceramic grinding wheel, hogging at 2000 rpm, with a twenty-five-degree back clearance angle, will rough grind a set of high-speed steel cutters in a minimal amount of time.
