3/16" Radius Edge - 5
This double 3/16" radius edge - 5 measures 2.750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of twelve quarter lumber; the width can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the molder or shaper used to cut the pattern. The blades can machine two 3/16" round-overs on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2-3/4" in thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced on either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right- or left-hand knives for both vertical cutter heads on the machinery; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
