3/16" Radius Edge Moulding - 7

This double radius edge molding 3/16" - 7 measures 1.375" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled out of six or eight quarter lumber, the width can be machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper or molder used to cut the pattern. The cutters can mill two 3/16" round-overs on one side edge of a piece of lumber measuring 1-3/8" thickness. The acrylic template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the profile knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left knives for both vertical cutter heads on the molder; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be machined simultaneously.
