1/4" Radius Edge - 11

This double 1/4" radius edge - 11 measures .625" thickness with a depth of cut of .406" on the right or left set of knives; the width is machined to any desired size during the milling process.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 5/8" thickness. The molding template can be flipped over and referenced to the left side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of left cutters for the opposite side vertical cutter head; this will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.
