1/4" Radius Edge Moulding - 13

This Double 1/4" Radius Edge Moulding – 13 measures 2.500" thickness with a depth of cut of .406" on the right or left set of moulding knives; the width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to mill the pattern.

The profile is capable of milling two 1/4" radiuses on a single edge of a piece of lumber measuring 2-1/2" thickness. The template can be flipped over and referenced to either side of the knife grinder to manufacture a set of right or left cutters for both vertical cutter heads. This will enable all four sides of the lumber to be milled simultaneously.

We provide the cut steel size on all our moulding knife designs, this specialised feature allows you to be able to obtain the correct width size of knife steel before you start knife grinding procedures and moulding production.
