1/2" Radius Edge - 10
This double 1/2" radius edge - 10 measures 1.625" thick, enabling the detail to be milled from eight quarter-lumber. Width gets machined to any desired size within the parameters of the shaper/moulder used to cut the pattern. The profile comprises a 5/8" broad segment in the center, flanked by 1/2" radius semicircles on each edge. We always provide sufficient blend areas within the knife design, so no one will ever realize where one cutter begins or ends.
