Shiplap 3-11/16"
This reeded 3-11/16" shiplap measures 3.687" wide by 0.750" thick and requires a 3-15/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The modern profile contains three one-inch-broad half-circles divided by three 1/16" wide sunk fillets in the center. The tongue side on the left is 9/16" wide by 1/4" tall and fits into the 1/2" wide rabbet on the right side of the design.
