This attractive 5-7/16" - 6 drop shiplap siding measures 5.437" wide by .718" thickness, enabling the detail to be milled out of four-quarter lumber. The functional profile is designed to wick moisture away from the joint and onto the exposed face. The pattern comprises two 2-1/2" wide, 8.48-degree drop bevels with 1/16" radiuses at the points. These rounded edges will enhance the product's ability to hold paint or stain while creating a drip edge for moisture; the backside rabbet measures 7/16" wide by 23/64" tall. When two pieces of finished milled lumber are joined, the exposed face dimension will be five inches wide.
