This 5-1/2" - 4 beveled shiplap siding measures 5.500" wide by .625" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four-quarter lumber. The tapered profile is composed of a 4.105-degree angled line that transitions the thickness from 5/8" on the taller side to 1/4" on the thin side with a 3/32" round-over on each edge. The rabbet dimension is 1/2" wide by 1/4" tall, making the exposed face measurement of the lumber five inches wide when installed.
