Log Cabin Shiplap Siding 6-3/4" - 1

This 6-3/4" - 1 log cabin shiplap siding measures 6.750" width by 1.375" thickness, requiring a 7" wide blank of six or eight-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The shiplap profile comprises a 4-9/32" radius convex arc with 9/64" tall vertical fillets on the edges in the center. The short vertical line connects to a 1-3/32" sunk fillet with a 1/2" wide tapered five-degree angle on the edge, so it fits into the tapered 5/16" tall by 1/2" wide rabbet on the opposite side. When two pieces of lumber get assembled, they create a face coverage dimension of 6-1/4" wide.
