Shiplap 3/8" - 3

This thin 3/8" - 3 shiplap paneling measures .375" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from either resawn four or five-quarter or pre-surfaced three-quarter lumber. The simplistic profile comprises a 3/8" wide by 3/16" deep rabbet on each side, one on the top face and the other on the bottom of the lumber. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a simple butt joint. Our high precision acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail, while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
