Shiplap 11/16" - 1

This rustic 11/16" - 1 shiplap siding measures .687" in thickness; widths can be milled to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The double 3/8" wide v groove reversible pattern is designed to have one face side surfaced and the other rough-sawn for a rustic look, or it can be milled with two smooth face sides. The profile comprises two 3/16" wide by 3/16" deep chamfers divided by a 9/64" tall vertical line in the center; the lap joint is 1/2" wide. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined together, they create a 3/8" wide by 3/16" deep v-joint on both face sides of the merged boards. Suppose you want to mill a center v-groove on either or both faces of the lumber. In that case, you may want to review and consider this design, tongue & groove .750" - 73 for the top and bottom cutter heads; our universal cutter allows you to mill this v groove at any width anywhere on the boards.
