Shiplap 3/4" - 1

This custom 3/4" - 1 shiplap siding measures .750" in thickness. The width gets manufactured to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery utilized to mill the pattern. The male side of the profile has a 3/4" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on top; the female side has a 1/2" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet on the bottom. When two pieces of lumber get joined together, they will create a 1/4" wide channel on the face side of the joined boards. This pattern is regularly used as siding on interior and exterior wall structures. Our high-precision templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail while simultaneously prolonging the milling time between sharpening.
