Shiplap 3/4" - 29

This 3/4" - 29 shiplap siding measures .750" thickness, allowing any size width blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The gapped profile contains a 1/2" wide by 3/8" tall tongue on the top left. The opposite side retains a 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/4" wide by 3/8" deep decorative channel between the joined boards.

Our professionally designed acrylic templates and knives include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the blades properly without modifying the detail. It will also prolong the milling time between sharpening.
