Tongue & Groove 3/4" - 33

This decorative 3/4" - 33 fine line tongue & groove profile composes a centered and offset 1/4" tall by 3/4" deep tongue & groove on the side edges. The versatile and functional design provides the joint with greater structural integrity, including blind-nailing capabilities. When two pieces of milled lumber are joined, they create a 1/16" wide by 1/4" deep channel between the merged boards. There is a built-in .006" void in the joint area for expansion and contraction of the wood during seasonal changes in relative humidity. The detail measures .750" in thickness, and the width gets milled to any desired size. The suggested rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger in width than the sought-after milled dimension.
