Door/Window Casing 3-11/16" - 5

This classic 3-11/16" - 5 door/window casing measures 3.687" wide by .750" thickness, enabling the detail to be machined out of four-quarter lumber. The elegant profile originated from a hundred-year-old Cape Cod-style home in Rhode Island. The pattern reflects the old-world artisanship of days gone by. The design comprises a two-step two, tangent radius ogee cascading downward by utilizing two different-sized flat segments. The top one measures one inch wide, and the middle one is 1-13/16" wide; both side edges of the detail have 3/64" round-over to minimize damage in shipment and aid in the finishing process.
