This petite 1-3/4" - 1 cove mould measures 1.750" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the detail to be machined sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of four quarter lumber. The terminating profile consists of a 13/16" radius cove in the center, flanked by a 7/32" tall vertical fillet on the top and a 5/16" broad line segment at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight & fifty-two degrees, these specific back cuts keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling, they also set the installed height at 1-5/16" tall with a projection of 1-5/32" wide.
