Cove 2-1/2" - 7

This lovely 2-1/2" - 7 cove mould measures 2.488" wide by .563" thickness, allowing the pattern to mill sprung (laying horizontally flat) out of resawn six, or solid four-quarter lumber. The beautiful terminating profile composes a 5/16" tall vertical line on the top left, attached to a 2-7/64" concave semicircle in the center with a 3/16" broad line segment on the design's bottom right side. The spring angles were fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these particular back bevels keep the inner profile parallel to the wall and ceiling as well as set the installed height at 1-15/16" tall with a projection of 2-1/2" wide.
