Crown 1-1/2" - 1

This decorative 1-1/2" - 1 crown mould measures 1.500" wide by .500" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined out of resawn six or solid four-quarter lumber. The lovely profile consists of a two tangent radius cyma recta in the upper portion, flanked by a 9/64" fillet above and a 3/16" line below, joined to a 9/32" cavetto with a 3/16" horizontal line at the bottom of the design. The fixed spring angles are at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back angles keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 1.187" tall with a 938" projection across the top. The pattern measures 1.513" in width by .500" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip-size milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 1-3/4" wide.
