WM 53 Crown 2-5/8" - 10

This WM 53 crown mould 2-5/8" - 10 measures 2.625" in width by .563" in thickness. The traditional terminating profile comprises two tangent radiuses creating the graceful cyma recta in the center. It's flanked by a 21/64" vertical line on the top left and a 13/64" tall line below. The lower portion is connected to a 3/8" radius cavetto with an 11/64" broad horizontal line on the design's bottom right corner. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, these back bevel cutters set the installed height at 2-3/64" tall with a projection of 1-41/64" across the top. The recommended rough wood rip size for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) using four-quarter lumber is 2-7/8" wide.

Two high points in the design were purposely positioned on the same plane. Our superior design features will ensure excellent hold-down conditions while milling the detail.

On itemized costs, you may only need knives for a specific part of the detail, saving money using cutters you already own. On most of our crown designs, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the back bevel angles to allow for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of profiles.
