Crown 2-21/32" - 4

This small unique crown moulding 2-21/32" - 4 measures 2.653" width by .750" thickness, permitting a 2-15/16" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling sprung (laying horizontally flat) on an industrial moulder. The alluring supporting profile contains a 31/32" quarter-round bead on the top left. The partial circle connects to a 3/8" radius half-round with a 7/32" vertical fillet in the center; attached to a 3/8" cove and a 21/64" broad flat line on the design's bottom right corner. The fixed spring angles are set at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees; these particular back bevels keep the face side of the profile parallel to the wall and ceiling when installed, in addition to locking in the height at 2" tall with a 1-3/4" projection across the top.
