The profile is comprised of three tangent radius arcs creating a cyma recta in the middle, attached to a 39/64" tall vertical fillet on top, the lower portion consists of a 15/32" tall vertical fillet, and a 29/64" wide horizontal fillet at the bottom of the pattern. The spring angles are fixed at thirty-eight and fifty-two degrees, search our bevels category by these degrees to find back bevel cutters appropriate for this beautiful crown moulding design, these specific back bevels set the installed height at 2-13/64" tall with a projection of 2-1/16" wide. Two high points in the detail were deliberately positioned on the same level plane, this creative design feature will assure excellent hold down conditions while milling the detail on an industrial moulder, providing the moulder pressure shoe is set parallel to the moulder bed plates.
All cad (computer aided design) files contain important moulder setup and grinding information all designed to help you save time and money in the production process. Thanks for allowing us to help enhance your homes marvelous architectural details, one astonishingly gorgeous moulding profile at a time.
